This may seems somewhat heavy handed and probably something one would expect from the likes of Apple but this time it is Nokia who have called in the law over a prototype device, namely the Nokia N8 loaned to Mobile-review editor Eldar Murtazin. According to an article over on Daily Mobile and by way of a Goole translation of Eldar Murtazin’s live journal , Nokia asked for their prototype of the Nokia N8 to be returned and apparently Murtazin refused, although Murtazin has denied any knowledge of Nokia asking for the device to be returned.

iOS 4 Loses to Android 2.2 in JavaScript Benchmarks

There will no doubt always be one battle or another going on between Apple’s operating system, iOS 4 and its rival from Google the Android operating system, and today the battle is in JavaScript performance benchmarks. HTC Droid Incredible Now Delayed Until August

Verizon and HTC are having huge problems with keeping up with the high demand HTC Droid Incredible and the device has been in the shortage zone since release with the reason being supplies of the Super AMOLED display being in short supply from Samsung. HTC Gold First Windows Phone 7 and UK Launch Date

The word hitting the net waves is that the first Windows Phone 7 to be launched by HTC will be the HTC Gold smartphone, and along with that news there is also leaked info on the UK launch date for the device. According to Ben Sillis of Electric Pig , phone website Omio got hold of an HTC roadmap to do with launches in the United Kingdom for the rest of 2010 and confirms that the Windows Phone 7 packing HTC Gold will launch in the UK sometime in November.
